1. Agreement to Terms

You retain full ownership of the images you process through our Service ("User Content"). Since the Service operates entirely on the client-side, your User Content is never uploaded to our servers. We have no access to, and take no responsibility for, your User Content.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of processing it. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to enable the processing of your User Content on your device.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Processing any content that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense.
• Processing any content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service, including reverse-engineering the code or introducing any viruses or malicious code.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that the results of using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Social Media Image Resizer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
